Rosotti Giovanni

Associate Professor at the Università degli Studi di Milano since 2022. After obtaining his PhD from the LMU University of Munich in 2015, he had post-doctoral stints in various European universities, in particular at the Universities of Cambridge, Leiden and Leicester.

His research, currently funded by the European Union, focuses on proto-planetary discs, the “nurseries” where planets form. His research group studies how these discs evolve during the several million years of their lifetime, developing theoretical models and comparing them with observations, especially from the ALMA telescope.
