Luciano Balbo

An entrepreneur with a long career in private equity and the management of impact funds. He holds a degree in physics and has held various positions in national and international industrial companies.
He served as managing director in Brazil for a company within the Techint Group. He helped to develop the investment fund sector in Italy, founding B&S Private Equity in 1988, which operated successfully in the private equity sector, specialising in management buyouts and buy-ins.

He subsequently established Oltre Impact SGR, of which he is chairman, and which makes investments with a social and environmental impact.
