Roberto Inciocchi

Enrico Mentana, born in Milan on 5 July 1968, is a journalist, author, and television and radio presenter with decades of experience in the Italian media landscape.
For over twenty years, he worked at Sky TG24, hosting the evening news editions and political analysis programs, including Sky TG24 Mattina and Start, helping to define a rigorous yet accessible news style. He has led specials on major national and international events and numerous election marathons. In the digital segment of the channel, he also hosts the daily podcast Today, designed as an extension and in-depth analysis of televised news and commentary.
In 2023, he began hosting Agorà on Rai 3, a political and social talk show, bringing a dynamic style focused on balanced debate across diverse viewpoints. He has previously collaborated with Rai and the L’Espresso Group.
He created the format Postilla for Urania TV, dedicated to news analysis with an ironic and thorough approach. He regularly participates in cultural events and festivals on journalism, media ethics, fake news, and disinformation.
Alongside his professional activity, he engages in academic and training work on communication and media ethics, lecturing at universities and educational institutions including the Scuola Normale di Pisa, Link University, and the Italian Financial Police School (Gdf). He is also the author of books and documentaries on Italian popular traditions, focusing on the cultural and identity aspects of the national heritage.
