Pasquale Frega

Pasquale Frega has extensive international experience, gained in leading pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis, Celgene Corporation, InterMune, and Ipsen across Europe (France, London, Nordic countries) and the Americas.

In his most recent role, Frega served as President for Canada and Latin America at Novartis, leading the region to significant business results both in terms of economic growth and operational excellence. Previously, he was Country President of Novartis Italy, where he helped the company become a leader in the Italian pharmaceutical sector.

Since February 2025, he has been serving as President and CEO of Philip Morris Italy, leading the company in building a future without cigarettes.
