Adriano Moraglio

After thirty years as an active journalist (as a reporter for ANSA in Turin and later as an editor at the Turin and Milan offices of *Il Sole 24 Ore*), he specialized in writing stories about people and entrepreneurship in the form of novels or novellas. He developed this line of work through individual publications with prestigious Italian publishing houses, but it was with the publisher Rubbettino that he systematized this effort, launching the series “La bellezza dell’impresa,” “L’avventura dell’esperienza,” and “Occhio all’impresa”—all three edited in collaboration with Florindo Rubbettino. He authored a significant portion of the books published in these series. He has authored over thirty books. In addition, for the past twenty years, he has been involved in supporting the social and professional reintegration of inmates, working first within the Lorusso e Cutugno prison in Turin and then outside the prison with individuals serving community-based sentences. Since 2018, he has led the association La goccia di Lube, which specializes in helping people serving alternative sentences to prison find employment.
