Livia Cevolini

Livia Cevolini, born in 1978, graduated from the University of Parma with a degree in Management Engineering in 2003. Since then, she has worked in the family business as a director of the CRP Group alongside her brother Franco Cevolini, where she is responsible for sales and marketing.

The CRP Group is a centre of excellence for cutting-edge technologies: every company within the Group holds a leading position on the international stage in markets characterised by a demand for customisation and high technology, such as motorsport, automotive, aerospace, design, remotely piloted aircraft (drones), marine and entertainment.
Thanks to her engineering background, Livia Cevolini launched the first material for laser sintering onto the market in September 2004: Windform. This product gave rise to a range that has been expanded year after year with the launch of other innovative materials, all under the Windform brand. Among these, Windform XT 2.0 has become one of the most important in the motorsport and automotive sectors, thanks to the international sales and marketing campaign implemented by Livia Cevolini.

In 2005, he was team manager of the Scuderia Fantic Motor MotoGP 250cc team. In 2006, Livia Cevolini’s commercial strategy led to the establishment of a business unit in the United States, resulting in a sharp rise in the American market.
Since 2010, she has served as sporting director of the eCRP racing bike, which became world runner-up in 2010 and 2011. Since 2012, together with Giampiero Testoni, she has been a driving force behind the Energica project, Italy’s first electric superbike. In 2014, she founded Energica Motor Company srl, of which she is CEO, and Energica Motor Company Inc., the American division; the following year, she embarked on the process of listing the company on the stock exchange, which led to Energica becoming a public limited company (S.p.A.) in January 2016.

Today, Livia Cevolini is the entrepreneur at the helm of the company dubbed the Italian ‘Tesla’ of motorbikes, chosen by Dorna as the sole manufacturer for the upcoming FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup.
