Cesana Giancarlo
He is Professor of General and Applied Hygiene at the University of Milan Bicocca. He is Director of the Center for Public Health Studies, at the same University, and of the Complex Structure of Public Health at the San Gerardo dei Tintori Hospital in Monza.
Former President of the IRCCS Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico Foundation, Milan, from 2009 to 2015.
He studies the relationships between social factors and disease. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and several books on the subject. Among them, “Medicine and Society” (Florence, Società Editrice Fiorentina, 2017). He is from Communion and Liberation.
