Giusti Carlo Alberto

Carlo Alberto Giusti is a Full Professor of Comparative Private Law.
Born in Taranto in 1980, he earned his Law degree from the University of Bari in 2003, where he also completed his Ph.D. program. He was appointed Commendatore dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic) by the President of the Republic.

Since January 1, 2021, he has served as Rector of Link Campus University.

He is Vice President of the Regional Coordination Committee of Universities in Lazio (2021–present) and Vice President of the IV Section of the CONI Sports Guarantee Board (2021–present). He is a member of the Business Law Commission of the Italian National Council of Notaries, the Corporate Law Commission of Confindustria, the Jurisdiction Commission of the National Bar Council, and the Arbitration and Mediation Commission of Unioncamere.

He is also a member of the Association of North America Higher Education International (ANAHEI), the American Society of International Law (ASIL), and the Italian Association of Comparative Law (AIDC).

He has served as an advisor to the President of the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry into the Banking and Financial System at the Italian Senate. He was appointed by the Minister of Justice as a member of the Ministerial Commission for the Reform of the Notarial Profession and of the Ministerial Commission for the Reform of Arbitration and Mediation. He has also served as Legal Advisor to the Minister of Justice and as Head of Cabinet for the Vice President of the High Council of the Judiciary.
