We actively participated in the 2023 Meeting with the event on August 22nd titled 'The choir sings to Adriana,' attended by an audience of over two thousand people. Together, we reminisced about the experience that inspired the songs and educational passion of Adriana Mascagni, who ascended to heaven on December 22, 2022. In addition to being a singer and composer of notable religious songs, our mother dedicated her talent for 25 years to the Youth Student Choir of Milan (GA). The city itself honored her with the Gold Medal of Memory.

At the Meeting, a choir of around a hundred members gathered, whose ages ranged from 16 to 75. Some had taken their first steps in the movement of Communion and Liberation with her. Steps which were  accompanied from the beginning by the beauty of song. There were also high school students who had never met her but came together out of gratitude for the experience lived with her or through her songs. It was a touching and exhilarating moment, where we witnessed an entire people collectively rejoicing at reliving the beauty of a great story.

Throughout the Meeting, a present and intelligent people were at work, made joyful by the awareness of belonging to Someone who surpasses every purely human calculation. For this reason, due to the testimony provided each year to the entire world of an otherwise unthinkable (and otherwise nonexistent) unity, we cannot help but desire that this place continues to exist, helping it endure. So that the testimonies of experiences of unity, which the world critically needs, can continue.
