Born in Sassuolo in 1973, 43 years old, married with three children, he lives in Castelvetro di Modena. After the studies I chose to go directly to the family business, Sistem Costruzioni, specializing in lamellar and solid wood structures, which are used for the construction of large structures, bridges, gyms, churches, stadiums, dwellings, palaces, social housing, prefabricated houses and lightweight structures of different types.
In the company he developed professional skills before as a Business Area Manager for the Romagna area and after as a guide for the internationalization of business founding Sistem Iberica with a branch in Cuba.
Later he became responsible for the management of various companies linked to Sistem Costruzioni engaged in building sites.
Today he is Managing Director of a holding that detains, in addition to the historical company, the shares of 12 other companies.
In his career path he has been the creator of the transition from a carpentry company to a tailor-made industry that overcomes the concept of module and standard, with numerous community and social housing projects.
In recent years, Sistem Costruzioni has moved from a company to a ‘system’ with offices in Central America and Europe.
To this there is a responsibility role in Unicredit Leasing. At the same time he started a professional career in FederlegnoArredo holding the positions: in Assolegno (chairman), AFI (counselor), FederlegnoArredo (vice president), Made Events (counselor), Federlegno-Arredo Eventi (counselor).

From February 15, 2017 he assumes the position of Chairman of FederlegnoArredo, who will hold for four years.
