Graziano Tarantini is an attorney at law; he is an expert in finance and commercial law and the founder and partner of the law firm Studio Professionale Associato GFT & Partners. He is chairman of Banca Akros Spa and an advisor to ESN North America – New York.
He is also an advisor to Banca Popolare di Milano, a commissioner of the foundation Fondazione Cariplo and chairman of the foundation Fondazione San Benedetto. He is a contract professor of corporate and investment banking with the school of economics at Bologna university Università degli Studi di Bologna.
Graziano Tarantini has written a number of articles and published papers on commercial and financial law.
