Paolo Emilio Signorini was appointed President of Genoa & Savona Port Authority on last 2nd
December 2016.
He graduated in Political Sciences at the University of Florence and later studied at Yale Law
School.
He started his career at the Bank of Italy and at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Later, he
served as Head of the Economic Planning Department of the Prime Minister Office (2008 – 2013)
and as Head of the Infrastructure Department at the Ministry of Transport (2013 – 2015).
He served in several Boards of Directors of the major infrastructure and transportation Companies,
such as Italferr and Telt SaS (Turin – Lyon).
