Psychologist, since February 2016, is President of Reggio Children, a public-private company founded in 1994 to enhance the experience of nursery schools and municipal children’s schools in Reggio Emilia and to promote quality education in the world.
From 1995 to 2007 he has been a pedagogist at the Institution of School and Nursery School of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia, of which she was President from 2009 to 2016.
Since 1996 she has been working with Reggio Children, having been in charge of research and training (the area he is responsible for since 2007) and becoming a member of the Board of Directors in 2011.
She coordinated and participated in research projects with Italian and international research centers and universities, including Harvard University (USA), University of New Hampshire (USA), University of Chicago (USA), University of Milano-Bicocca, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, in particular in the fields of didactics and child learning processes, educational evaluation, pedagogical documentation, and participation of families.
She has lectured at conferences, seminars and professional training courses in Italy and abroad. She has done several publications and is author of numerous articles and essays published in Italian and international magazines and volumes.
