Stefano Colli-Lanzi graduated with a degree in Business economics from the University of Luigi Bocconi in Milan.
After his studies, for 10 years he dedicated himself to business consultation working for Bersani-Vitale and Arca Merchant, a long and important experience in maturing his interest, respect, and passion for the enterprise system.
In parallel, Colli-Lanzi also matured his experience by teaching at the University LIUC of Castellanza in Business Economics at the University Bocconi.
In 1998, Colli-Lanzi began his entrepreneurial path, founding Générale Industrielle Italia, today Gi Group, of which he is the majority shareholder.
Since then, he has followed, step by step, the growth of his company as President and CEO. Today Gi Group is present in over 40 countries in Europe, America, and Asia and operates in the fields of temporary and permanent staffing, search and selection, outsourcing, outplacement, HR consulting, and education.
Stefano Colli-Lanzi is also a Professor of Business Economics at the Catholic University of Milan and hold the position of VP of Assolavoro and of President of Centro Culturale of Milan.
Stefano Colli-Lanzi is married with 5 children, and has a passion for golf.
