Group Chief Executive Officer of Randstad in Italy. After completing a degree in Economics and Commerce with a specialization in Marketing at Bocconi University in Milan, he began his professional career. He worked for eight years at Philips in Austria and the Netherlands, initially as a Marketing Manager, then as a Brand Manager for Marantz, and finally as a Commercial Manager for Audio Systems. He left the electronics company and in 1999, he started the Italian division of Randstad, which is now the world’s leading company in human resources services. From 1999 to 2021, he led Randstad Italy as CEO, and since May 2021, he has held the position of Group CEO of Randstad. 

 In Italy, Randstad currently has over 300 branches and employs over 2,800 people. It is the first Employment Agency in Italy to have obtained the SA8000 (Social Accountability 8000) and GEEIS-Diversity (Gender Equality European & International Standard) certifications, aimed at promoting gender equality and the enhancement of diversity.
