Maria Picone is Career Advisor at Randstad HR Solutions.

Born in Palermo on 09/06/1983 graduated from International Relations at Luiss Guido Carli.

In 2009 she won a scholarship for international research activities aimed at drafting her thesis in Paris.

In 2010 she was the winner of the competition announcement MAE – CRUI at the Italian Embassy of Italy in Rabat, Morocco.

In 2012, after graduating from the Master in Management and Sustainable Energy Regulatory at Luiss Guido Carli, she won the competition “Your Idea for the Country” of States General of Southern Europe, with an idea in the field of Renewable Energy for Sicily Region.

She has worked at Luiss Guido Carli in the Orientation, Fundraising and International Relations, focusing on High Schools and the organization and tutoring of the Luiss Summer School.

In 2014 she moved to Bologna to work at the Bologna Business School as Project Manager orientation and marketing, dealing with the promotion of Full-Time and University-level Master’s Degree Programs.

Since 2016, she has been a Career Advisor at the Randstad Youth @ Work division, which deals with developing initiatives aimed at understanding the job market by those who are still studying or are moving in search of a first job.
