Dr. Mary O’Callaghan is a Public Policy Fellow at the Notre Dame Center for Ethics and Culture and is regularly on the faculty of the Center’s Vita Institute.
She recently testified before the Indiana state legislature regarding prenatal diagnosis and abortion.
She served as a member of the Disabilities Advisory Board for the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese and is the Prenatal Outreach Coordinator of the Michiana Down Syndrome support group.
Dr. O’Callaghan received her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Notre Dame where her doctoral work was funded by an NIH grant for the study of developmental disabilities.
