Ezio Fregnan is Comau Academy Director and Training Manager at Comau and Teksid, where he over-sees corporate training processes in 14 different countries around the world. He is also a professor at Turin Polytechnic, a member of the FCA EMEA Training Committee, a coordinator and member of the advisory committee of numerous master degrees programs, has taught at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and at the University of Turin. A lecturer and business consultant, he is an expert in methods and tools for learning, organizational behavior and training trainers. He began his career at Isvor Fiat. He is the author of numerous publications, including Project and People Management: an operational toolbox, Mc Graw Hill, 2011 and Gestire la formazione in una grande azienda (Managing training in a large company), Guerini e Associati, 2006. Together with Mauro Fenzi (CEO Comau) and Donatella Pinto (Head of Human Resources) he is the author of “Project and People Management – An operational guide. Comau’s experience in the world” published globally in Italian, English and Chinese, also in ebook version. Together with Roberto Guida (Head of Contract and Project Management Comau) and David Trickey (Founding Partner di TCO International) he is the author of the book “Managing Challenges Across Cultures – A multicultural Project Team Toolbox”, available also in ebook version.
