Davison Andrew

The Revd Dr Andrew Davison is the tutor in doctrine at Westcott House, a seminary of the Church of England in Cambridge, UK, and an affiliated lecturer in the Faculty of Divinity of the University of Cambridge. He joined the staff in 2010 after four years teaching Christian theology at Oxford University. He holds doctorates in both natural science and philosophical theology. Since 2012 has been a member of the English Anglican – Roman Catholic dialogue. He trained at Westcott House and served his curacy in South East London. This year will see the publication of two books, Why Sacraments? and The Love of Wisdom: An Introduction to Philosophy for Theologians. He is author, with Alison Milbank, For the Parish and editor of Imaginative Apologetics: Theology, Philosophy and the Catholic Tradition.
