Enrico Corali is an Associate Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Bergamo. On January 24, 2017, he was appointed President of ISMEA (The Institute for Services for the Agricultural and Food Market), a public entity with sole shareholder of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, resulting from the incorporation (in ISMEA itself) of ISA SPA and SGFA SPA. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of magazines: “Services and Societies” and “Utilities Management”. He is author of various monographs and publications, in particular, in the field of public services, tax federalism, funding systems through public capital and intermediaries, government of public companies.

He is also Chairman of the OIV (Independent Evaluation Board) of AGEA (National Coordinating body of accredited Italian paying agencies).
In his past assignments he has served as member of the CDA of EXPO 2015 SPA, Vice President of the CDA of the European Public Banks Association (Brussels), Economic and Legal Adviser of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies and Single Administrator of ISA SPA .
