Moussa Fadhel

A Tunisian national, Professor, Fadhel Moussa is member of the National Constituent Assembly of Tunisia, president of the commission of the administrative judicial financial and constitutional justice 2011/2014. He holds a Ph.D. and aggregation in Law and political sciences. He is a Professor in Public Law at the University of Carthage.
He was the elected dean of the Faculty of judicial and political sciences of Tunis 2008/2014. He was Director of the public law and political sciences departement from 1990 to 1998.
He also teaches at the Faculty of Law, University of Paris I Sorbonne, at the Faculties of Law, Universities of Bourgogne, Toulouse, Marseille Aix En Provence (France).
Dr. Moussa is also an international expert, lawyer and private practitioner. He have many publications in the national and international reviews in different fields.
He was Director of Programs and training of the Regional Center of International Development Law Organisation (IDLO) in Cairo, Egypt. Center Dr Ibrahim Shahata on 2006 to 2008. He was Project Manager in Oman on 2003 and program legal council in IDLO Rome on 2004/2005.
He attended several scientific international meetings, both in Tunisia and abroad, in the field of administrative, environmental law and judicial organization. He managed several projects, programs and training course for civil servants and judges in Egypt, Oman,Kuwait,Mauritania and Lebanon.
Dr. Moussa has carried out studies for the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) on enhancing reforms and good governance in Arab and African countries (Yemen, Mauritania, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Niger) .He is member of the board of the International Nuclear Law association (french section).Paris since 1996.
