Man has always been characterized by the desire to know, to cross thresholds, to reach the moon, like the first American pioneers who venture into the unknown West driven by the desire to make the boundless prairie home. From here, passing through the Apollo 11 astronauts to the Twin Towers and the Los Angeles suburban gangs, the exhibition, through immersive installations, takes us to the heart of the American experience, a paradigm of the example of the modern man's experience that yearns for the infinite and tries to build a more beautiful and fairer world, in continuous tension between the attraction of the risk of the unknown and the temptation to cushion the dramatic impact with the reality by taking refuge in a safe bubble.
