The exhibition documents as the idea of happiness has been lived in Russian art, from the years of the October Revolution till the end of the Soviet regime. The conscience of a natural aspiration of happiness is central, the need of a change toward a better world. And the perception that this hope can be ambiguous and can also be betrayed is as central.
