Strange Machines

‘Albert Einstein said physics can be compared to a detective story or a complex, paradoxical, fascinating plot, and is one of the greatest adventures of human mind as well as a challenge for human reason. Physics (especially 19th-century physics) is an endless series of unexpected events. The exhibition is made up of an explanatory section (with panels displaying photos and drawings with illustrative captions) and a more practical one, which includes six or seven ‘strange machines’ to be operated by visitors; it will therefore provide an answer to all doubts and curiosity on the subject.’
