Music entertainment with soul, jazz, funky and new versions of some Italian pop music songs.

 

This quartet from Italy and San Marino was born in 2011 out of the enthusiasm and need to make music of four musicians: Valentina Monetta (vocals), Simone Migani (piano), Claudio Malerba (drums), and Alex Gorbi (bass). Uniting their love for music with their personal and individual professional experience, they enjoy proposing a repertoire of soul, jazz, funk, and bossa nova. The group plays both covers and originals, revisiting songs from Italian light music, 80s hits, and more… from jazz classics like My Funny Valentine (Richard Rodgers) to Senza Paura (Vanoni/ Toquinho), from Sweet Dreams (Eurythmics) to I Feel Good (James Brown).
Their ability to entertain can be appreciated not only by a “cultured” audience, but also by those who want to have fun by simply listening and – why not? – dancing to good music.
