INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR), Legislative Decree 101\/2018 and Legislative Decree 196\/2003, the Meeting Foundation for Friendship Amongst Peoples, located in Rimini, Via Flaminia n. 18, as data controller, informs you that your personal data collected with reference to images and videos acquired during the event will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation. In relation to the aforementioned treatments, the following information is provided.<\/span><\/p>\n

Data Controller.<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe Data Controller, pursuant to the Law, is the Meeting for Friendship Amongst Peoples Foundation (VAT \/ CF: 01254380403), based in Rimini, Via Flaminia n. 18 (CAP 47923), email address: meeting@meetingrimini.org. Although not falling within the cases provided for by current legislation, the Meeting for Friendship Amongst Peoples Foundation has deemed it appropriate for constant and adequate compliance with current legislation and to guarantee data subjects, to appoint a Data Processing Manager (or DPO - Data Protection Officer) who can always be contacted at the following e-mail address dpo@meetingrimini.org<\/span><\/p>\n

Legal basis for the processing of data<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the owner for the purpose of managing the \"Meeting for friendship amongst peoples\" event, the primary and indispensable activity of the Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Purpose of the processing of data<\/strong><\/span>
\nFondazione Meeting will process your personal data on the basis of your free and informed consent and for the purposes (illustrative, educational, cultural, educational, non-profit) strictly connected and instrumental to the activities as indicated in the extended release. Your person (name, photograph and biography) and their interventions, in whatever form they may be, will be archived (in the computer and paper archives, in the databases and on the servers of Fondazione Meeting), and disseminated on the website, in the connected App and on the social media handles of Fondazione Meeting (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Flickr, Linkedin), as well as any transcription with the words \"not reviewed by the author\". To include the sending of information on the activities of the Meeting Foundation \"MEETING FOR FRIENDSHIP AMONG PEOPLES\" via e-mail, text message or paper.
\nIt is understood that your acquired data will not be disclosed but will only be kept in the computer and paper archives of the Meeting Foundation.<\/strong>
\nThe processing of data functional to the fulfillment of the purposes described above is necessary for the correct management of the relationship and their transfer is mandatory to implement the purposes indicated above.<\/span><\/p>\n

Methods of data processing and storage times<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe processing of the personal data collected and that you provide to us is carried out using manual, IT and telematic tools and the same inserted in databases which will be accessed by employees specifically appointed to process personal data. The data are processed according to logic strictly connected to the purposes highlighted above, for the time necessary and identified by the law and in any case in order to guarantee compliance with the provisions of the law, as well as the protection of confidentiality, security, accuracy and relevance of the data. The data are not processed through automated decision-making processes nor are they subject to profiling. Your data will be processed only by subjects belonging to the Meeting Foundation expressly authorized by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:

\n\u00b7 Members and management;
\n\u00b7 Collaborators and employees;
\n\u00b7Secretary and administrative staff. Your data may also be communicated to third parties duly appointed as \"external data processors\", as public and \/ or private subjects in respect of which the communication of data is mandatory or necessary in fulfillment of legal obligations or functional to the management of the event \"MEETING FOR FRIENDSHIP AMONG PEOPLES\".<\/span><\/p>\n

Dissemination.<\/strong><\/span>
\nYour data (name, photograph, biography and intervention) - excluding your personal references (email, residence and domicile address, telephone number, identity card and tax code) - may be disclosed by publication on the sites or social networks the owner's network.<\/span><\/p>\n

Retention period.<\/strong><\/span>
\nIn compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization pursuant to art. 6 of the GDPR, your personal data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory times prescribed by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rights of interested parties.<\/strong><\/span>
\nAt any time you can access the data, oppose the processing or request the cancellation, modification or updating of all personal information collected by the Data Controller, exercising the right to limitation of processing and the right to data portability, simply by sending an e-mail to privacy@meetingrimini.org or a letter to the owner's office indicated above.
