Peruzy Andrea

Graduated in Law from the University of Rome La Sapienza, he holds a Master’s degree in ‘Business Administration and International Law’ from New York University.
Since October 2015 he has been President and CEO of Acquirente Unico.
Over the years, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of several public and private companies. In chronological order: Banca del Mezzogiorno – MedioCredito Centrale SpA, Cassa di Risparmio di Viterbo/Banca Intesa Group, Acea SpA, Credit Agricole Asset Management Real Estate Italia SpA, Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato SpA, Alenia Aeronautica SpA, Società Editrice L’Unità and CONSAP SpA.
His various professional experiences include a partnership with IBI Bank in Zurich and the position of Vice President of HFV Holding Fotovoltaica SpA, as well as Secretary General of the Italianieuropei Foundation.
Earlier in his career, he worked in Italy and the United States in the Corporate Finance and Corporate Affairs areas of the Montedison Group.
