Dell’Acqua Massimo

CEO of Euronics Italia | Member of the Board of Euronics International, H-Farm, Goovi, The Human Company, Legami
Massimo is a retail, digital and general management professional, specialised in omni-channel strategies, with more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions, board responsibilities and start-up activities.
From November 2020 he joined Euronics Italia as Ceo and Geie Euronics International as Board Member.
Massimo has worked in the last two years with AbMedica Group, Telbios, Genomnia, Legami, Bottega Verde and Euronics supporting entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises, advising on corporate governance issues and strategic business plans with high impact on innovation issues. He is still an independent director in Human Company and a non-executive director in Legami and Goovi.
He started his career in France in Groupe Mulliez as commercial manager until becoming CEO of the Italian subsidiary KIABI. He joined the Percassi Group in 2014 as General Manager, after 2 years in Celio as Country Manager.
At Percassi, he led the growth and internationalisation process of KIKO Milano’s own brand, from start-up to a leadership position in the beauty market, opening more than 700 shops in 9 years. He has managed partnerships with world famous brands such as Nike, Ferrari, Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci, Polo Ralph Lauren, Lego. As CEO in Odyssey, Percassi Family Holding, he led the acquisition of Madina and the start-up of Womo and Bullfrog. He accomplished his mission by signing the agreement with Starbucks for the Italian market.
In September 2016 he joined the board of Finos, the holding company of the Trussardi brand, implementing the group’s expansion plan and managing the agreement with the private equity fund 4R by granting financial resources to implement the future industrial plan and a new governance.
In 2017, he had the idea to launch Goovi, a new brand, collaborating with Michelle Hunziker and Artsana Spa.
As co-founder of Goovi, he is part of the project as board member and shareholder.
In 2018, he started working closely with Alberto Fassi on the development plan of Legami, the Italian leader in the design and retail of lifestyle and ‘happy shopping’ branded products.
