Damiano Davide

Davide Damiano is the President and Business Director of Pandora Cooperativa Sociale. He holds a degree in economics and wrote his thesis on social entrepreneurship at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. He chose to put his professional vocation at the service of others, guided by the deep conviction that ‘People are valuable because they are people.’
Pandora Cooperativa Sociale is a model of cooperation and social impact. It is a Type B social cooperative that focuses on the reintegration into the workforce of marginalised groups, such as people recovering from addiction, homeless individuals and ex-prisoners. The services offered by Pandora include commercial cleaning, sanitisation, gardening and minor maintenance.
In addition to his role at Pandora, Davide Damiano is also a board member of Federsolidarietà Milano and Navigli. He has participated as a speaker at several events, including the ‘Economy is Hope’ meeting at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, which explored the role of the economy as a lever for the common good. He has also held roles as Executive Assistant and Director of Fundraising at Fondazione Eris, which deals with addiction treatment.
