An exceptional experience which gives the volunteers a chance to build the Meeting with their own hands. The work of the pre-meeting is carried out by volunteers who, by autonomously supporting their own travel and accommodation expenses, contribute to setting up the pavilions in the week preceding the start of the event.

The pre-meeting work is aimed at university students, particularly from the Architecture and Engineering faculties, and to people who are capable of working on site, electricians, forklift drivers, warehouse workers, carpenters and craftsmen in general.
